Think this was worded well? I'm out of warranty...had it fixed 3 times during warranty...even had 1 goodwill fix after warranty (but again just a basic lube) and it still feels like it could break soon again. Here is what I sent them:

Hi,
I have a question regarding my 1999 9-3. I have had a recurring problem with the air vent control knob on my manual climate control. Its been fixed several times under warranty. My warranty is now out, and I had some trouble again, recently (knob very stiff to turn). I contacted SAABUSA and took it to my dealer. They claimed they could find nothing wrong and did just a quick lube on it. This is the same fix thats always been done under my warranty, and it would keep breaking after this fix. I am aware of a REAL fix (involving a whole new heater box, rather than just relubing the knob) thats supposed to be permanent, but for some reason its never been done. I'm curious why this was never done.
I'm requesting that you please give me some contact information for a regional service representative that I could speak to (based on my included zip code). My knob works for now, but is very stiff and will break again, this time out of warranty. It should have been fixed correctly under warranty the other 3 or so times I've had it in. I'd like to go above the dealership level, and the operators at SAABUSA cannot answer technical questions, which is why I want to speak to a regional service rep. I'm a loyal SAAB enthusiast, my family owns 3 SAABs. I'd like to keep my 9-3 for a long time, and the fact that this knob problem has never been properly fixed is frustrating. I appreciate your help.
Thank You!
Alex Athanasiou
