...so naturally the next thing to blame was the car.
My car sits in the garage all night, so luckily I dont have to worry about ice.
About the SID, I understand, and I know how LCDs work, but SAAB was stupid for using the LCD display for the SID then, especially since its very cold in Sweden, and the phenomenon I described is obviously a known LCD thing. All of our cars made in warmer climates have digital displays that are unaffected by the cold. (not LCD of course) And we all know the SID is full of problems, even when its warm.
Anyway, I'm not complaining, these are not major things.....they are just a little odd considering the car comes from so close to the Arctic Circle, thats all.
