This is what it looks like on the B204 engines "not affected by the head bolt problems as of what Saab says".
After seeing several cars now and trying to check it out in a "sort of" scientific way it looks like that the B204 engines are the ones that might have had a malfuntioning torque machine from factory.
All 97 and up B204 engines checked out have had the #10 head bolt loose to some extend (10-30 Nm to crack loose) and the other 9 have been more or less loose (50-60 Nm to crack loose).
The B205/235 engine takes about 45-60 Nm all over the 10 bolts to crack loose which is still less than what I would prefer.
This particular engine had a blown head gasket at 91K miles where coolant was entering the oil stream and the fiber gasket has deteriorated close to #10 bolt from the oil soak.
