Castrol GT-LMA brake fluid used by dealer?

Just had my brake and clutch systems flushed at the dealer. They used Castrol GT-LMA (low moisture activity) fluid. Never heard of it. Website says exceeds DOT-3 and DOT-4. Is it synthetic? Do all dealers use this? Is it the original fluid?
