Have the alternator tested when you get the new battery, and look into a new regulator with brushes, or at least know where to get one for when you need it. Opinions vary on how long the brushes last in these alternators, but similar Bosch alternators in other cars last from 100-150k miles and are expensive to replace as an emergency repair.
If you decide to do the waterpump, or at least the sealing o-rings yourself, you can save $200-400 in labor later. At the same time, you can replace the thermostat, which is only about $15, because you have to drain the coolant anyway, unless it was done already.
Inspect/replace vacuum hoses, mine started to deteriorate well before 100k miles. Serpentine belt and pulleys, both idler and tensioner, unless done recently as part of some service interval.
Inspect and possibly relubricate brake calipers, especially the rears, and look into replacing the pins in the calipers with kits available for less than $20.
