I took my car to VOB yesterday to have a CD player (the second one) replaced and the dealer damaged my car and roofrack in the process. He left me a message that they will replace the roofrack and fix the car at no cost to me - how nice. I wonder if the dents and scratches can be repaired to be invisible (I do not even know how serious there are and how the damage happened - the dealer is "shy"). I have never had my car damaged in any repair shop. And, I have not had too good experience with the DC area SAAB dealers (sometimes I would take it to a Hagerstown dealer who is decent, 2 hr drive, when I get sick and tired with the local dealers). Is the SAAB service so bad elsewhere? This is my first SAAB but I wish I got a different car a year ago.
