Second what John said regarding the retorque.
Take it to a good indie or to your local dealer. I would not trust the local gas station with this. DIY is not hard if you are inclined. Just follow the proceedure Exactly on genuinesaab.com.
Do you see any oil/coolant residue @ the front corners of where the head meets the block? If so Retorque. If it is dry then it may be a hose clamp like Dean said.
