I had a similar problem with my 9-3, down to one key and worried about the costly implications of losing it. More complicated as the car is on Guam and there is no dealer here to cut the keys or deal with the programing. I found and used streetkeys.com and paid about $100 for two keys and cutting at one of their designated locksmiths. Didn't need to have the car for immobilizer programming, just took my original key with me on a recent trip to hte maoinland and had the keys cut there. The keys work fine, open/lock and start the car. Only issue is they don't have remote buttons as the OEM key, but I've now got two spares that work the immobilizer and was able to get it all done remotely without a trip to a dealer.
