Yeah, I was hoping it was independent of being able to turn over. Thanks anyway.
It may be worth mentioning that upon inspection of cables and connections in the engine, I notice that the O2 sensor cable was leaning against the turbo or manifold and the sleeve had shriveled and melted on a side. I haven't had any sensor issues or CEL's, so I ruled that out. But is it possible that melting it shorted something that wouldn't trigger a CEL and wouldn't blow a fuse?
