low beams not working

I have a question about the low beams on my 2000 9-3 S conv; where the low beams quit working last night, but the high beams work with no problems. I have found entries in this site where the problem could be the "bulb check relay", I isolated that relay earlier today, but I would like to get confirmation that this would be the problem before I go ahead and purchase this relay (not cheap).

I have also checked the other low beam/high beam relays and they work with no problems. Please let me know.
