Hello folks,
My '95 900SE-T, which has ACC, is causing me some frustrations... The fan speed controler was replaced once, because it simply would no longer instruct the fan to blow. The replacement actually worked for about 8 months, but I had to keep the fan speed above the lowest 3 settings, otherwise it would stop and require a few minutes to start again (even if setting set to max to get it going again). Well, recently, it was replaced again because it finally would only blow at maximum speed, it could not be turned off even if acc displayed off. The replacement part, which has been in the car for about a week, is still acting weird. It works fine, and then all of a sudden, the fan stops. It starts again after a while, but fan speed setting seems to have no effect on if it will stop. Turning on or off rear defrost seems to impact a very low moaning sound (which didn't use to be there, almost like a distant barytone cow).

I don't want to replace it again without being sure of what the problem is. I feel like setting the car on fire and calling it a day. Thanks for any help / advice.
