As an owner of a '95 900SE convertible that I've babied for several years I can tell you with some confidence that the price seems very high. I routinely watch the prices on E-Bay and other sources in my area around DC and I think I'd be lucky to get 3.5K (with 104K miles). This is for a car that has had all of the routine maintenance, is in very good working condition and looks great.
The V6 is infamous for catastrophic failure - so I would suggest you do a search on this BB and if you're still interested make sure the timing belt changes have been made on schedule and are up-to-date.
It's a wonderful car but maybe not the best choice for someone who is not experienced with SAAB's as they can be major maintenance hogs if you rely on a mechanic.
Hope this helps and good luck.
