Thanks again everyone. The dealer AND my Saab guy both say their 30k service includes tightening suspension bits. A friend with an 05 Audi A4 likes my car, but says the steering (and everything overall) feels looser than in his car. Duh, my 01 is based on almost 10 year old platform, and its 5 years old already, older manufacturing processes, etc. But, what does the dealer think would need "tightening" at 30k miles? How long do shocks and springs and struts last on these base models?
