There are rollers that keep the window on the track. They break! Grab yourself one of those at a dealership for less than $3 and go at it.

The door panel gets removed by taking off the door handle . This part has no screws. It just gets pulled from the inside. Then pop the little cover visible inside the door latch. There is a hex screw there and tweo hex screws on the door handle to remove. Near the back of the door, there is a push pin. Push the center in enough to release it. Then along the bottom, if I remember correctly, there are a few more hex screws to remove.(I also did this on my wife's 9-5 which is very different so forgive me if I am off a little. Remove the electrical connectors for the trunk and then remove the panel.

Then the door panel gets popped out one by one on each plastic pin.
Peel back the water barrier carefully not to rip it as you'll want to put this back on. Now the window unit is now exposed.

Lower the window about half way so you can see the roller. You'll need to remove the cotter type pin off the existing roller(probably only a little piece is left there now).

Feed the new roller onto the guide and line it up with the sissor mechanism. Once aligned, I used a channel lock plier to "pop" the new roller onto the guide pin. then insert the "cotter" pin. Make sure that the window is seated properly beofre reassembling.

Its a little work but not a bad job. Minimal tools.
