While jacked up at jacking point, lift the wheel gently with an extra jack and it will 'snap' off or lever it off with a long sturdy plank or metal pole. A squirt of wd40 or similar will help a wee bit if applied and left for a few minutes. Once off, apply thin coat of copper grease to inner wheel face to ensure it does not seal again....quite common this problem with alloys!
