...and have dealt with both Saab dealerships nearby, Ann Arbor and Southfield. (In particular, if I had to deal only with Southfield, when the car broke I'd sell it.) You simply won't find better mechanics, or better people to work on your car. From my experiences there, the work will be done right the first time (that alone puts them on top) and they'll treat you like they want you back... They know your car better than the dealers. We have a 98 900 cvt, and a 99 9-5. Drawback? They have enough faithfulls that it may take a week to get a car in.
