Clearly the guys are not using the machine properly. You can do a conventional balance on the Hunter as well, and I had the same experience as you. If they could not tell the wheel was bent, there is no way they are using the "road force" capability. When I got to place where they knew what they were doing, they were able to tell me that the tires were on the way out...put the worse ones on the back and it would still vibrate a bit but be much better. And that is exactly how it was....it all depends on the guy doing the job.
