Is this tie rod supposed to be bent?

I was changing brakes last night and noticed my right hand tie rod wasn't straight. Should it be? I have destroyed more Viggen wheels that I care to remember on nasty potholes and road construction. The steering is biased a tiny bit to the right. Wondering if these are coincidental.
Thanks for your help..
Dave
