YES! You should always replace the input shaft/throwout sleeve seal when replacing the clutch.
Keep in mind that those three Torx screws are very shallow and glued in place so you very easily strip the Torx.
What I do is to give each screw a whack with a Torx socket attached to an extension and a hammer just to shock it some.
Then I but up the transmission to something sturdy so that it won't back away when I lean my whole weight against the ratchet/socket/extension assembly and quickly crack the screw loose.
I also keep 3 screws in stock just to be on the safe side.
