Probably the tail light gaskets or plugged drain holes, but the best way to check and isolate your particular issue is to pull away the grey carpet lining in the hatch around both tail lights and fold it back to get a clear view.
Then, fold the seats down, get in and close the hatch. Get a helper to spray the back of the car with a hose while you watch with a flash light for leaks. Low tech I know but it works. I found that I have shot tail light gaskets, but have been too slack to go to the dealer and spend the $'s. Hope this helps.
Thanks,
Don
