Viggen fault codes P1230 and P1231

The Check Engine and Traction Controll Off lights decided to come on in my Viggen today. It runs fine but there's a complete lack of boost and the engine idles really high (between 1500 and 2000 RPM. Was able to check the codes in the computer and they came up as P1230 and P1231. We cleared them and the idle seemed to go back to normal, however when driving the car power delivery wasn't too smooth and the throttle almost felt like the cable was sticking. It didn't last ling, the CEL came back rather quickly and I'm back to no boost and a high idle. The sticky throttle sensation is gone though.
A quick search links the P1230 code to a throttle positon sensor error, which seems like the only way to fix is to replace the throttle body. I can't come up with anything specifically on P1231, although atleast one of the posts I read mentioned both codes as well. Anyway, before I rush out and buy a new throttle body is there anything else I should try? I don't have tons of time to play with it, but I'd love to avoid dropping it off at the dealer to fix.
