WIS and EPC both show the BPC hose going to a solenoid valve at the firewall, not a splitter. There should be no check valves in these 3 lines! The only check valve that I am aware of is in the short hose that goes from the TB to the black nylon PCV tee in the valve cover.
You can check that the hose at the BPC has a negative pressure at idle. Also, with a hose, apply -ve pressure to the BPC and you can tell if there is a VAC leak.
When you did the disconnected WGA boost test, you should have gotten a CEL from that.
Does cruise control work? If not, might be from brake or clutch switches that if not right will also kill boost.
