Finally got the short return fuel hose. I asked at the NAPA store about a conector for Nylon tubing. What they have is a brass coupling. The guy said that some dealer are using it and it is good for 100psi.
But I didin't use it. I cut the line at the connector and removed it from the new line. It was a PITA to put the new connector into the old tubing. I had to bring my home vise to my car. Then I had to tape a flat metal plate at one of the vise jaws to extend the vise jaws outside it. All that because the hose prevented me to have a perfectly straight angle with the connector and the hose. I took my time and it worked. You need also the flaring tool that hold the hose. I tried to put the nylon fuel line inside a bigger fuel hose but the small hose slipped.
So all the process to change my fuel pump was a major royal PITA. My car was on the street, temp between -10 C and -5 C, lot of snow, had to move my car by hand because of the snow removal. I removed the pump through the rear floor, had trouble to remove the pump assembly from the tank, was the samething to put it back (really thight). broke the fuel elbow connector.
But it is rewarding. Cost me around $200 total. Cost at the dealer around $1100!!!
I wont put this repair on my NG900 DIY site. The only thing I can tell you, Buy the short fuel line first hand and the metal bracket for the retaining pins. So if something break, you will have the right part. I will try also the brass fuel connector instead of putting the new connector into the old fuel line. My car wasn't working for two weeks.
Thanks for tour support!
