It is very easy.
The 1-2 sprockets are identical and can be mounted on each cam. The 3-4 sprockets are also identical.
So what you do is to use the inner numbers when mounting the sprocket on cam shaft.
Number 1 slot goes on cam shaft number ones dowel pin. Number two key slot goes on number 2 cam shaft dowel pin and so forth.
Number one cam shaft is closest to fire wall.
After that when those inner numbers are covered by the big washer you forget about them and use the outer numbers when installing the belt.
Number 1 mark pointing straight up (lined up against mark on backing plate) on number one cam shaft and so forth.
It's really easy but for some or another reason, even some mechanics get it wrong.
