hay help! I have 97 900s with 133000 miles which I recently bought. strut inserts where making noise and worn out. I replaced strut inserts and upper mounts. After new inserts installed worn out noise which was constent was replaced by noise over hard bumps. I have taken all apart and made sure spring mounts and washers all aligned correctly. i have replaced lower control arms and sway bar links, installed new front tires. I still have bad banging noise over bumps and hard pull to one side. One thing I notice is strut rods at top are not centered. I can move spring mount with long pry bar-I am not sure what keeps spring centered? should i replace upper spring mounts and washers?
