Typically MAF or boost leak. Unplug the hose from BPC to wastegate and see if you can get it to the red. Be careful, you are now running without any overboost protection. If you can get it to the red, then I would recommend replacing MAF. They tend to have a shorter life in the Viggens. But also could be incorrect plugs (you should have NGK copper BCPR7ES plugs) or even a bad DI cassette.
