So if i go with an older one that lets the air out every time i shift then it will be fine, See the thing is that if i put the old one in it lets the air out during idle and then makes the "Whoosh" when i let off the throttle under a good amount of boost. So basically if i use low amounts of boost the aftermarket one will not open up i dunno why, only opens up when i am in 60 70 % of full boost. its like the old one the spring is too weak and the knew one the spring is too hard.
