just need a low-profile hydraulic jack (3 inches or less), position at nose jack point at centerline, just behind bumper. The problem is that you need to lift the car at the front more than the usual 20 inches or so in order to get jack stands that are high enough to be useful at the two jack points on either side. The hydraulic jack I have has an "extension pad" that adds about 6 inches to it's max height. I use jack stands with flat rubber pads at the factory jack points, other people have used wood w/ a slot cut into it, anything that will prevent bending or damaging the rail on the car.
