I have a 2000 9-3 and this weekend I replaced the PVC replacement kit. the directions were a bit confusing but I got through it o.k. Unfortunately I accidentally smashed the front o2 sensor but at the moment I still have it in the car. When I started the car their is a very laboring and fluctuating idle and can't even get over about 900 rpm. If I put the car into drive it just dies. I don't show any problems during the engine check at start up and the check engine light does not come on. My question is would the o2 sensor cause this type of problem? or do I have a bigger problem that that.
