I have a 2001 9-3.

As of late the A/c has not worked that great. The symptoms are as follows.
- Car runs great without the A/C on
-When I first start the A/C it is nice and cold
-After about a minute the air becomes about air temperature
-While A/C is engaged the car will hand onto RPM's in between shift and overall produce more torque for no reason (i.e. when i'm cruising at say 40 mph and take my foot off the gas the car does not decelerate it will just continue to cruise.)
-The A/C compressor will engage and disengage quite rapidly. It will come on and less that a second later stop and they do it again every 6 seconds or so.

I have not had a chance to get under the car to look at the compressor or to remove the belt but will probably be doing that this weekend.

Any ideas?
