As Gator stated, it is likely the purge valve. If you want to make sure before splurging the $60+, you can disconnect the purge valve at the outlet, then plug the hose going to the throttle body. If it fixes the problem, you need a new valve.
I tried cleaning as well, but it only helped for a few days. If you're testing, you have to plug the hose to the throttle body, or it will be too big of a vacuum leak. Also, because you won't be getting a vacuum during the test cycle, you'll likely get a "tighten fuel filler cap" warning or something like that while you have the hose unhooked.
