I'd try a pressure bleeder. Eeuro sells them. You probably have some air in the lines leading to the back. Easy to use and fool proof. Once you have the pressure bleeder, you can flush the hydraulic fluid every year so the insides of the calipers don't rust from old brake fluid. Do both our saabs religiously every two years. All it costs is a few litres of brake fluid. Should't ever have to replace the calipers then. My car is a '95 with original calipers. Still work fine. Just need regular maintenance. HTH.
