are brake line flare nuts replaceable on their own?

I started to change the brake hoses on my viggen, but once I had the wheel off I discovered that the flare nut connecting the steel line to the rubber hose is very badly corroded. It no longer looks like a hex nut, and any attempt to remove it would probably destroy it. The steel lines themselves are painted and appear (from the outside) to be free of corrosion.
Can I replace just the little bits of hardware at the joint, or do I have to replace the whole brake line from beginning to end before I can continue with my original task?
In either case, where can I find those parts? Eeuroparts doesn't seem to list either the little bits of hardware or the complete lines.
