Last year, I bought a 1995 900SE convertible from a family friend. $500 bucks, drove fine, awesome! Except the car is smarter than I am and I'm starting to develop a complex.

For starters, every time I turn on the car, the ACC is on, even if I turn it off before turning the car off. It's always done that, don't know why, and I don't feel like that's normal operating procedure.

Secondly, I can't figure out how to turn the air conditioning on! I know it has it, because 2 weeks ago I put the top down for the first time, started the car and the fans and everything came on, like they do (see above), except this time instead of heat it was air conditioning! Yay!! Drove to where I was going, came back, started the car, and it was back to heat. Haven't seen hide nor hair of the air conditioning since and I've pushed 80 different combinations of buttons on my panel and I still don't know how to turn the thing on.

Any suggestions? Drive the car off a cliff? Buy it ice cream and hold hands at the movies? I'm out of ideas. Thanks in advance!
