Viggen hesitation/idle issue

My '01 Viggen with 87k on the clock has been experiencing some odd idle and hesitation issues. When sitting at a stop light idling, idle with drop from 1000rpm to around 750 and then recover multiple times. Feels like it might stall out, but always recovers. I'm also getting an odd sort of hesitation or flutter while I'm driving in 4th. If I make any speed adjustment, car will jump a bit or hesitate. In general it just doesn't feel smooth as it normally does.
So far I've replaced the spark plugs and cleaned the throttle body. I haven't noticed any obvious damage to any of the hoses (although I may have missed something). Any other ideas what might be causing this? My Indy wasn't able to reproduce the issue when it was in getting new shocks last week.
Thanks for your help.
