Re-set the code with scanner. The suggestion to disconnect the battery is another way. Remove the pos+. terminal and hold it to ground some where**** "on the chassis"****. Your car might/will run strangely until the adaptive mapping of the ECU can figure what needs to be done. It's tough for me to help sometimes when I can't see the car. I think I remembered you saying that when the APC solenoid valve unit is disconnected, you get boost. This makes me wonder about the APC solenoid valve is working. Disconnect the wiring and the hose from the turbo compressor "R" connector. Connect 12 volts to the solenoid valve and check that you can blow through it. 12 volts, "disconnected" should NOT allow air to pass. This information is from my early Saab 900 manual. I'll get my ng900 book from WD-40 into it and drained until dry. This helps if the valve is stuck. Have you check the swing voltage of the new 02 sensor?
