The idler/tensioner pulleys don't usually make a whole lot of noise before they let go, and if they do make noise it doesn't last for very long. My guess is something on the A/C pulley.
They are a 60k service interval - so if you are at or near that you might as well replace them anyways (belt while you are at it also).
If that doesn't fix it then look towards your A/C.
