You can get under the hood storage bag by pulling it up at the top seal where it seals against the tonneau cover. Getting under that grey carpet is just a lot of tugging and some plastic fasteners. Do not use anything sharp if you are cutting the tape around the lines. If you scratch the black outer shell of one of the lines it will leak. Of course you can just cut the ends of the old line to get them out of the way while leaving most of it in the car.
