Yes, pretty much. Even the places that claim to have them in stock, will likely list as back ordered once you purchase. I'm in the midst of a koni kit install (koni springs are made by vogtland). The fronts are fine, but the rears are designed to collapse 2-3 coils under the weight of the car. Not my favorite aspect, but to be honest the ride was better than stock. Likely more a factor of the excellent koni adjustable shocks/struts. If I had to do it again, I'd put eibach on the back w/koni shocks, and stick with the koni/koni setup in front.
