The pan was dropped and the screen cleaned. The tech said it was not that bad and before I took it in I looked inside the pan with a borescope and did not see a lot of debris. When I removed the valve cover it was a different story. The timing chain side was caked with soft sludge that was falling off. I was able to get most of that off. I think that was what blocked the screen.
The PCV port was blocked but I did get that completely open. The only things left were the tubes. I did try brake cleaner but still could not get them clear. I am going to pull it off again this weekend and try to soak them with kerosene for a few hours and try the pipe cleaners.
I am also going to install an oil pressure gauge with a Glowshift oil filter adapter to keep an eye on the screen. On the guage now I am running 25 psi at hot idle and 55 psi at 2K rpm.
