2001 9-3SE with 162K miles, idles rough-RPMs dip and almost stalls, upon initial start up on colder mornings. Runs fine while accelerating but very rough when idling like at a traffic light. This goes on for a good 20 to 30 mins. Engine code P0101 so I replaced the MAF Sensor and mechanic identified a vacuum leak via a smoke test. Replaced the plastic intake to throttle body and cleaned the throttle body. Upon picking up car from shop and driving away up a steep hill, car had no power over 30MPH and engine light and TCS lights came on. Identified problem as bad DI Cassette which was replaced with NGK plugs and solved that problem, (coincidence?) but car still runs rough/stalls at idle.

Checked throttle body which was in LHM and reset it. Has not gone back into LHM but no improvement. Still getting CEL 0101 and intermitent 0171.

Can the throttle body be bad without going into LHM-would this be the cause?
Any other suggestions?
