if this happens under hard acceleration I would take a close look at the front lower motor mount
I put way too much money and time into my viggen before I figured that out, mostly because I had never had a gm car before and everyone claimed that it was all these other rubber bits and missing metal pieces that you can buy from site sponsors
there was no mention of this issue on the board and really I think there should be, and it really did not look that bad
list of stuff I did first in no order and with no fixing the issue
steering rack
koni struts
rack brace
5 point brace
rear swaybar
rack bushings
tie rod ends
lower control arms
wheel bearings
tires
probably more I have forgotten about.
and the car is still a GM,
I think often about standing on a street corner with a sign
"Will trade Viggen for your X-Gf"
but like my crazy x-gf I know there will be no change but perhaps there can be hope ?
