I'm in no way a expert, and I'm sure others will chime in, but the price to drop the oil pan seems high. My indy (whose prices tend to be high) quoted me around $350 for drop, inspection and cleaning.

I would say pay less that $535 and have that done by someone else, if possible, because if the sludge is too bad, there might not be any reason to do the others.
