can rear hatch seal be bought separately?

dealer only? local indy says they come with the window.
my rear window seal is quite deteriorated. not leaking (yet), but hideous looking. need hatch resprayed anyway, so maybe all at once, but can i buy that sucker separately? just the outer rubber seal i mean?

ps. i found this thread here on how to replace it yourself, but OP bought seal from dealer for $125. getting close to new glass territory at that price. but whatever.
