I was able to find it, thank goodness because it lists online as an unreasonable $186 dollar part.
Regarding a flatbed, that's what they were going to tow it on. They wanted the hook to pull it up onto the bed because they didn't want anything under the bumper because it's so low/ easy to damage.
Thankfully the problem with the car was only that the intercooler hose had popped off. I suspect they loosened it when they put in the new A/C compressor earlier this week.
