The Viggen is electronically limited with respect to torque in 1st and 2nd, so although it will go very nicely, it's not until 3/4/5 that you get the full power of the engine. Also, in addition to the adaptive T7 ECU, the MAF, throttle body and DIC/plugs need to be operating properly to get the full effect. Vac hoses and BCV are other areas that can hamper performance.
