Fixing the oil leak will likely require a new crank shaft seal and oil pump O-ring. From what you have described you probably need to at least replace the rod bearings. To do this you will need to drop the oil pan which requires dropping the subframe. You can probably look at the crank main journal cap half of the main bearings while you are replacing the rod bearings but I think the crank would need to come out to replace the main crank bearings. This would require engine removal. Looking at the cap half of the main bearings and maybe having the bearing clearance checked with a plastic gauge might give you an idea of if the engine can be saved. You might want to do this before installing any new parts. If the main bearings are not too bad new rod bearings may give you adequate oil pressure.
