68K seems to be what I've seen for ball joints on my '01 9-3 SE w/ 130K, and my wife's previous '99 9-3 with 110K. Then again, our driving was mostly inner city.
I've never replaced stanchion arm, just control arm which takes care of the ball joint. Usually do the stabilizer bar endlinks while I'm in there.
