02 Viggen, 89K, has always done this, and yes, it's the brake fluid level sensor in the reservoir. You can (a) disconnect it, or (b) add fluid to the "max level" indicator (might help as a temporary fix). You can't really adjust the sensor positioning in the tank, I guess you could try another used or new reservoir. I just learned to live with it.
