I have now came out with it but to have decent clearance to come out the engine side I removed the PS feeder line at the pump, then removed the pump and set it toward the air filter housing that I also removed. I did not detach the high pressure line. I also had to completely remove both transmission cooler lines from the radiator and the transmission. I know that some said it can be done without some of these steps but I plan on going back in with a radiator without damaging it or having to force anything. AC evaporator and oil cooler are detached from the radiator but hung from the front end in their normal position. Without removing the PS pump I could not get enough room between the high pressure line and the hard AC lines on the drivers side to clear the radiator out. I used some dielectric grease on the screw and pre-threaded all the new radiator holes to tap them before I install. I hope to install the new one tomorrow evening. My 1998 SET did not have 4 screws on the AC evaporator it has a set of side ins on the top and two screws on the bottom. Much like the radiator fan but in reverse where it has slides at the bottom and screws at the top. This is a very big job and I am the guy that has pulled an automatic transmission and replaced a main seal before. I think the radiator was the first thing installed at the factory and the car was build around it plus I think the original Opel chassis was not designed to have a turbo and an intercooler IMHO.
